I can easily get into the dashboard any time and pull any report I need without relying on their customer service. If an issue does arise, I always get a quick response from Reveel. They’re very responsive.
It just does it itself. It’s all in the background. I don’t have to do anything. I get the statements about what credits I should get and make sure that I got them. I don’t have to think about it.
With their invoicing and portal we see the savings; it’s easy to audit. There’s nothing that hasn’t been true. I like their tools and graphs and to be able to view my weekly audit reports in so many different ways. They have lived up to everything they promised and they haven’t over promised.
