Josh Dunham

Co-Founder/CEO

Josh Dunham co-founded Reveel in 2006, and is responsible for creating and advancing the corporate strategy and vision of the business. He directly oversees the technology and operations departments. Under his guidance, Reveel successfully acquired a technology partner and is now the industry leader in machine learning technology.

Prior to co-founding Reveel, Josh served in several sales roles at DHL. He quickly became a top producer and remained in the top 1% of nationwide sales throughout his tenure. Josh has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University.

Josh serves on the board of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and will serve as the Orange County President next fiscal year. Josh finds passion in building. Whether it’s Reveels’ technology products, company culture, high performing teams, strategy, vision, or a motorcycle or truck, he loves creating things and making them great.

Chad Beville

Co-Founder/President

Chad Beville co-founded Reveel in 2006. He oversees the company’s strategic and tactical vision, along with business development. Chad created and implemented Reveel’s proven successful sales structure, as well as the training and development program for the company’s dedicated team of local experts.

Prior to co-founding Reveel, Chad worked in various sales roles for DHL, where he developed customized solutions to streamline his clients’ shipping processes. As one of DHL’s top Senior Account Executives, Chad was responsible for a more than 28% increase in regional profits, making the Western Region the fastest producing area in the nation.

Chad serves on the Alumni Board of Directors for his alma mater, the University of San Diego. Additionally, he serves on the board for the San Diego Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).

Nick Nowaczyk

Chief Operating Officer

Nick joined Reveel in 2010 and quickly became a top performer for the company. In addition to being a leader in new client acquisition, he’s now responsible for recruiting and mentoring new team members. Nick has a talent for establishing great relationships with clients, and a strong passion for Reveel’s mission.

 

Prior to joining Reveel, Nick was a sales executive with FedEx in Phoenix and San Diego. While there, he used his analytical skills to develop tools for the FedEx sales force nationwide. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from The University of Arizona, and is a proud and active member of The University of Arizona Alumni Association Phoenix Board.

Bill Taylor

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Bill oversees all things marketing for Reveel. Prior to joining the company in 2020, he held executive positions in marketing, product management, sales, and strategic operations for SaaS information technology companies ranging from early stage to mid-market. Formerly, as CMO of LLamasoft and XIFIN, he helped drive rapid growth and successful transactions. Bill also served as a Strategy Executive for the Rational Software brand of IBM.

Casey Hyde

Director of Marketing Programs

Casey Hyde leads Reveel’s marketing programs, driving impactful campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and emphasize our customer’s stories. With extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership across supply chain and technology sectors, Casey brings a unique blend of expertise to her role.

As Director of Marketing Programs, Casey is dedicated to propelling Reveel to new heights in the industry. Casey ensures that Reveel remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.


Ross Reed

Vice President, Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Ross leads our customer acquisition strategy, helping businesses leverage our shipping intelligence platform for actionable insights and enhanced operational efficiency.

Before joining Reveel, Ross held executive positions at several fast-growing software companies, where he was instrumental in driving their rapid expansion. As President of VeriShip (now Sifted), he played a key role in transforming the company, which ultimately led to its acquisition by a private equity firm.

Ross is passionate about leading teams and empowering customers to maximize revenue and optimize their overall performance.

Dan Norman

Vice President, Product

Dan Norman is the VP of Product at Reveel™, based in Irvine, CA. He currently leads the company’s product strategy – connecting innovative solutions to our customer’s most felt needs. Before Reveel, Dan was a Partner and VP of Software Operations at PKC, a boutique custom software shop specializing in marketplace innovation. Dan has experience developing solutions for a variety of industries, including NGOs, energy, logistics, software virtualization, aviation, telecommunications, industrial automation, insurance, and mortgage finance. Dan has a passion for leading teams and connecting innovation to those who need it.

 

Michael Falls

Vice President, Client Success

Michael Falls joined Reveel™ as Vice President of Client Success in 2023 to lead delivery of analytics, finance solutions, client support, and account management for Reveel’s customers. Michael is passionate about Reveel’s mission to level the playing field and create transparency for parcel shippers and enjoys helping companies create optimized supply chains by transforming data into actionable intelligence. Prior to joining Reveel, Michael spent ten years at enVista, a supply chain software and consulting firm, where he directed Client Success for enVista’s Global Freight Audit and Payment solution for customers totaling more than $10B in spend under management, including support for over 2,000 carriers across all modes of transportation in every global region. Michael is a regular contributor to supply chain media sources such as Parcel Media, Inbound Logistics, and SupplyChainBrain and is a regular speaker at supply chain conferences including Parcel Forum, Home Delivery World, and MODEX. He lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife and two children.

 

Jodee O’Beirn

Manager of Client Success

Jodee O’Beirn joined Reveel™ as Manager of Client Success in 2024 to lead our Client Support team. Prior to Reveel, Jodee spent four plus years in Freight Finance with enVista/Koerber where she executed integrated finance solutions for customers’ transportation GL cost allocation and KPI reporting. She is deeply passionate about building relationships with people

 

Alec Greene

Director of Client Experience

As Director of Client Experience, Alec leads Reveel’s account management strategy and directly manages Reveel’s enterprise accounts. Serving as the relationship and program manager of these accounts, Alec works cross-functionally across all departments to ensure Reveel delivers value throughout the duration of their active partnership terms. Prior to joining Reveel in 2021, Alec worked for UPS’ Coyote Logistics, where he worked in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Management. A proud alum of Miami University (OH), he is currently based in Chicago, IL.

 

Jaclyn (Jak) Canolo

Director, Data Entry

Jak embarked on her journey with Reveel™ in 2017, quickly showcasing her adaptability and proficiency across various departments. Currently, as the Director of Data Entry, Jak oversees a team responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of data on the Reveel™ Platform. Before joining Reveel™, Jak honed her skills as a Performance Readiness Trainer at an IT Distribution Company. Jak’s journey is marked by her love for learning, analytical prowess, and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence.
