How would you summarize what you do?

I own and optimize Reveel’s paid digital strategy, primarily paid search and paid social, to drive high-quality demand and measurable revenue. My role is focused on turning data into a pipeline by aligning campaigns tightly with our ICP and business goals.

What makes you want to stay at our organization?
I’ve stayed at Reveel because I genuinely feel trusted and supported to do my best work. I’m given the autonomy to test ideas, learn from both wins and failures, and make a real impact on the business. Knowing that my work directly influences revenue and company strategy—and that leadership values results, transparency, and growth —makes Reveel a place I’m proud to continue building my career.

What do you like about our company culture?

The culture is transparent, collaborative, and performance-driven without being cutthroat. People genuinely want to help each other succeed, and there’s a strong sense of ownership across teams.

Can you tell us a few details about the part of your job you enjoy most?

My favorite part is seeing campaigns translate into real pipeline and closed revenue. There’s nothing better than knowing the work I’m doing is fueling growth and helping sales have better conversations.

What does your daily routine look like?

I start by reviewing performance metrics and pacing, then optimize campaigns, analyze search intent, and identify new opportunities. A typical day also includes collaborating with our marketing team on messaging, funnel alignment, and upcoming initiatives.

Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company.

In 2025, I restructured and scaled our paid search program, resulting in $3.4M in pipeline and $1M in closed-won TCV- this fundamentally changed how paid media is viewed as a growth lever at Reveel.

How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?

This role is far more strategic and impactful. At Reveel, I’m not just executing campaigns—I’m influencing revenue strategy and business outcomes.

What things stood out to you about our management team?

Leadership is accessible, data-driven, and open to new ideas. They trust their teams and aren’t afraid to invest when something is working.

Which company values resonate with you the most?
Partnership, transparency, and empathy resonate with me the most. At Reveel, teams work as true partners, openly sharing information and perspectives while genuinely considering the needs of others. That level of trust and understanding makes collaboration stronger and helps us build better solutions for our customers and for each other.

What have been your most significant achievements working for our company?

Driving $3.4M in pipeline, $1M in closed-won TCV, and delivering positive paid search ROI are my proudest accomplishments to date.

Who inspires you the most within our organization?

Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?

The flexibility and trust Reveel gives its employees. Being empowered to manage my time and work autonomously allows me to perform at my best.
