How would you summarize what you do?
I lead the Carrier Strategy Team, where I guide enterprise-level carrier strategy decisions and partner cross-functionally to improve our products and analytics. I also support sales efforts, strengthen Reveel’s market position, and help shape the future of our carrier strategy offerings.

Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
My favorite parts are bringing solutions and measurable value to customers, and supporting and developing my team.
What does your daily routine look like?
My days typically involve serving as a subject matter expert on calls with existing and prospective clients, doing focused strategy and analysis work, and collaborating with internal teams to drive our platform and services forward.
Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company.
The most significant project is taking responsibility of the Proof of Value (POV) analysis. This analysis is used to quantify value for prospective and current customers. The impact that it has is to give customers a quantified, real value that they can use as an ROI and measure against during our engagement.
How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?
My current role builds on my previous experience in engineering, project management, negotiation, leadership, sales, and new service offerings. It’s the culmination of 25 years of experience in various aspects of the industry, but it continues to be a learning opportunity!

Who inspires you the most within our organization?
My colleagues. Those that I have over a decade of history with that continue to innovate, grow and contribute while being excellent in their roles, as well as new colleagues who have new perspectives on an industry and serve customers that continue to evolve. And, of course, leadership who creates the environment for people to succeed
Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?
Working remotely; It allows me to remain part of my community while contributing to our shared goals.
What’s unique about working for our organization?
Reveel approaches parcel analytics in a unique way of opening our modeling tools for our clients to use and collaborate with us on solutions. There isn’t another competitor in our space, to my knowledge, that allows customers to use it’s agreement comparison analysis tools. As an industry veteran, this is an intriguing new way to work with our customers.
Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.
I’ve grown professionally by being an old dog open to new tricks.
What is the most difficult challenge you’ve experienced working for us?
Learning all the aspects of our platform.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself in leadership, collaborating with our customers, SMEs, partners, and carriers on solutions for what I’m sure will be an environment that has rapidly changed. AI will do far more tactical work, and SMEs will need to continue to adapt to what’s next.

Seek to find your unique passion and skills…then seek out a role that allows you to contribute with them.
What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?
The platform’s Carrier Mix modeling and tools.

Pattern Recognition in data, trends, industry and economic environment.
