How would you summarize what you do? 

As the Manager of Data Entry, I am responsible for guiding the team in accurately parsing data and monitoring for any errors. This way, we ensure that our organization has rock-solid information on our platform—crucial for smooth sailing in both our operations and for our clients. 

What makes you want to stay at our organization? 

Reveel has created a positive work culture where it’s incredibly rewarding to know that my contributions truly matter. The opportunities for development helped in my growth—every chance I get to learn something new makes me feel like I’m leveling up in a video game. Plus, I’m surrounded by fantastic teammates who cheer me on every step of the way! 

What do you like about our company culture? 

I genuinely love how we don’t just connect within our team, but also across various departments! It’s like we’re all part of one big, happy family. Our familiarity makes for an incredibly engaged organization, where collaboration is more enjoyable! 

Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job? 

Process improvement is like an exciting puzzle that challenges my creativity and keeps my brain buzzing—it’s both stimulating and rewarding. Plus, collaborating across departments is a fantastic opportunity to learn from others and gather fresh insights that enhance my understanding of different processes. And since I have a new role, I’m enjoying the journey of nurturing my team members to help them shine. 

Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company? 

Our Data Entry Workbook — it serves as a comprehensive resource for the Data Entry team. It’s been polished and revamped to make it even more helpful. Whether we’re figuring out surcharges or doing conversions based on agreements, this workbook has all the goodies we need. 

How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had? 

In my previous roles, I was just another employee, focusing on my own tasks. But at Reveel, things are different! They actually ask for my input and value my thoughts, which is super empowering. It feels great to know that my ideas matter.  I’ve transitioned from performing routine tasks to engaging in strategic thinking aimed at improving processes. It feels great to be part of a team that values creativity and collaboration! 

What things stood out for you about our management team? 

Management at Reveel is super friendly and approachable! They’ve created such a warm and inviting vibe. Open communication is the name of the game here, so sharing our thoughts, concerns, and ideas is a total breeze! It’s awesome to know that we can speak up and be heard. 

Which company values resonate with you the most? 

Reveel’s core values of Learning and Partnership. Learning never stops here—there’s always something exciting to discover around every corner. This culture encourages me to ask questions and share ideas without a hint of judgment, making it feel like a safe space to be curious. We don’t just stick to our own team, we collaborate across departments like a big brainstorming party, constantly learning from each other and sparking innovation together. 

What have been your most significant achievements working for our company?  

My most significant achievements at Reveel include training new hires and sharing my insights to help them hit the ground running. I’ve also implemented HubSpot workflows that streamline our processes. Plus, I created dashboards to track team and individual KPIs, so we always know how we’re doing. Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in my role, taking on new responsibilities and continuously enhancing my skills along the way! 

Who inspires you the most within our organization? 

There are many inspiring people at Reveel, but I have to shine the spotlight on Jak Canolo! 🌟 She has been with Reveel for a significant amount of time and has seamlessly transitioned through various roles, leaving a trail of meaningful improvements. Jak truly embodies the spirit of being a “Jack of all trades”. She nurtures our growth by challenging us with exciting new tasks that push us to level-up. Jak truly embodies Reveel’s values, and I’m especially thankful for the trust she placed in me when she passed on her role. It’s like having a rockstar mentor cheering you on! 

Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why? 

My favorite work perk is definitely the chance to work from home! It gives me the flexibility to manage my time and set up a cozy workspace. Plus, I absolutely love our intimate team-building events! These gatherings help us bond, making work a lot more enjoyable. It just boosts our overall job satisfaction! 

What’s unique about working for our organization? 

It’s all about the people, the environment, and trust! My colleagues and leaders are always eager to lend a hand, making it feel like we’re part of a big, supportive family. The culture here is all about lifting each other up, which creates an enjoyable and motivating workplace. 

Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us. 

I started my journey at Reveel as a Data Entry Associate, where I focused on accurately inputting and managing data. I earned a promotion to Data Entry Specialist, allowing me to take on more complex tasks and refine my skills further. My journey continued as I advanced to the role of Data Processing Operator, where I gained valuable experience in overseeing data processes and ensuring efficiency. Today, I am proud to serve as the Manager of our Data Entry Team, where I have the opportunity to support my team’s growth and implement strategies that can enhance our operations.  

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?  

My best advice? Be ready to learn and collaborate! From my experience at Reveel, curiosity is welcome, asking questions is encouraged, don’t be shy and share your ideas. If you’re adaptable, open-minded, and excited to contribute, you’ll fit right in and have a blast, just like I have! 

What skill do you think everyone should learn? 

One skill I think everyone should master is adaptability! It’s not just about rolling with the punches—it’s about being flexible, open-minded, and always ready to learn (like new technology). Plus, it keeps things exciting—you never know what new challenge or opportunity is just around the corner!  

What motivates you? 

What really motivates me is the chance to turn my team members into rockstars in their roles! I would love to see them grow and unlock their full potential—it’s like being a coach in a rock band, cheering them on as they hit all the right notes. And when it comes to processing improvements, I’m always ready to roll up my sleeves and brainstorm new ways to deliver results with spot-on accuracy and lightning speed. Together, we’ll turn challenges into chart-topping hits!
