Employee Spotlight: Steven Cull, Solutions Strategist
How would you summarize what you do?
As a Solutions Strategist at Reveel, I help bring new customers onto the platform by designing and executing transportation finance and system-integrated solutions. I work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to ensure their integrations are built correctly, implemented efficiently, and set up for long-term success.
What makes you want to stay at our organization?
For me, it really comes down to the people, the culture, and the trajectory of the company. I work with an incredibly talented team, the culture is supportive and collaborative, and the growth potential I’ve seen makes Reveel a place where I can continue building my career long term.
What do you like about our company culture?
What I like most about the company culture is that it encourages growth—both professionally and personally. There’s a strong emphasis on learning, collaboration, and taking ownership, which makes it a place where you feel supported while being challenged in a positive way.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
One of my favorite parts of my job is being able to build solutions and see the direct results of that work. I enjoy creating tailored solutions that help clients better understand and manage their transportation spend, ultimately enabling them to make more informed decisions. Because every client is different, the work is rarely repetitive and often requires creative problem-solving, which keeps things interesting.
Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company?
Although I’ve only been with Reveel for about six months, one of the most significant projects I’ve worked on was playing a lead role in the onboarding of DFS (Diversified Foodservice). Their integrated system solution presented unique complexities that required creative, outside-the-box thinking to turn into a meaningful and scalable solution. Successfully delivering that implementation created real value for the client. In addition, I’ve been involved in the Orca integration as Reveel expands further into an all-modes transportation environment. That work represents an important step forward for the company and helps position Reveel for continued growth.
How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?
My current role at Reveel is very different from my previous experience. At my prior company, a more rigid structure and technology limitations often led to long implementation cycles and limited flexibility in the solutions we could deliver. Many solutions relied on standard, out-of-the-box functionality or required manual support to maintain. At Reveel, there’s a clear and ongoing investment in technology, with capabilities that continue to expand as the market evolves. This allows us to be more creative, deliver customized solutions, and onboard customers more quickly and seamlessly.
What things stood out for you about our management team?
What stands out most to me about the management team is the level of support and ongoing feedback they provide to help employees grow. They are true experts in the industry and are always willing to share that knowledge. On top of that, the investment they make in developing employees is very clear.
Which company values resonate with you the most?
Leaning and Empathy. From a learning perspective, Reveel is always trying to learn from every decision we make. Although we try to minimize mistakes as much as possible, the Empathy provided from our leadership team, and often with their support, we collectively learn from those mistakes to make better operational decisions.
Who inspires you the most within our organization?
What inspires me most at Reveel is the momentum. The company had a huge 2025, and everything points to 2026 being even bigger. Being able to contribute to that growth and be part of what the company is building is incredibly motivating.
Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.
Although I haven’t been with Reveel for a long time, one of the biggest contributors to my professional growth has been the encouragement to take calculated risks—especially when there’s a strong belief in the outcome. That level of trust and support has pushed me to think more strategically and creatively. In previous roles, growth was often limited by rigid structures, which led to repetition and fewer opportunities to innovate.
Given the opportunity, what would you like to ask our CEO?
If given the opportunity, I would ask our CEO and co-founders about their long-term vision for maintaining Reveel’s independence and culture as the company continues to grow. Reveel’s technology-driven approach and strong momentum naturally make it an attractive player in the market, and I greatly appreciate the leadership, values, and culture they’ve built. Continuing to grow under that same leadership is something I personally value, given how important it is to workplace satisfaction and long-term success.
What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?
One of the most exciting things I’m working on right now is onboarding our new client, GNC. I previously worked with GNC at my former company, where I managed their finance-integrated solutions and served as a key stakeholder with a strong working relationship. As their needs evolved, limitations in technology and structure made it difficult to deliver the solutions they were looking for. At Reveel, I am now able to design and deliver those solutions more seamlessly and tailor them much more effectively to GNC’s specific business requirements.
