Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers such as HubSpot and Trellus for the purpose of delivering SMS communications and operating our messaging program.

Your participation in our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
