How would you summarize what you do?
I work closely with our sales team to understand the unique challenges of each client in order to tailor our software solutions to meet those needs. Ultimately, my role is to empower our customers with the right technology to optimize their parcel logistics operations.
What makes you want to stay at our organization?
I have the privilege of working with a dynamic and talented team. Working at Reveel allows me to leverage my technical expertise and passion for problem-solving to deliver real value to our customers and help them achieve their goals.
What do you like about our company culture?
We work hard, but we also know how to have fun together. There is an emphasis on work/life balance.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
I get excited to connect with our clients, diving into their business processes, and understanding their specific needs. Leveraging Reveel’s platform, tailored dashboards, and our exceptional team, I am able to help deliver solutions that exceed their expectations and drive their success.
What does your daily routine look like?
My days involve collaborating with sales executives to understand client needs, crafting and showcasing solutions, and contributing to future product development.
How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?
I view my current role at Reveel as the culmination of my last ten years of experience as a consultant, data analyst, and client success specialist, largely in the parcel logistics space. My experiences during high school and college, including jobs in retail, manufacturing, and working on the dock for an LTL carrier, have provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges our clients encounter.
Which company values resonate with you the most?
Learning- Our industry and the needs of our shippers are constantly evolving. Delivering exceptional service means staying responsive to their changing requirements. What was cutting-edge five years ago is now the norm.
What have been your most significant achievements working for our company?
I have had the opportunity to contribute to the conception, continued development, and launch of our innovative platform, alongside a talented team of individuals.
Who inspires you the most within our organization?
Our CEO, Josh, has built an amazing company while also being a great family man.
Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?
I really value Reveel’s practice of shutting down from Christmas to New Year’s. It gives me time to be with my family, which is especially important since we’re scattered across the U.S. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to focus on the holiday season together.
What is the most difficult challenge you’ve experienced working for us?
Supporting our clients through the upheaval of 2020-2021 was tough. We had to deal with carriers hiking rates while some industries were shutting down.
What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?
Our BI capabilities and the team supporting it are outstanding. Bringing them together with our distinct approach to parcel management has been a lot of fun.
What skill do you think everyone should learn?
Curiosity, it’s a mindset that can keep you engaged both professionally and personally throughout your life.
