1. How would you summarize what you do?
My role at Reveel is all about partnering with our customers to help them meet their transportation goals. This can involve weighing the impact of a strategic change to their network (or the parcel industry itself), developing tools to enhance transportation visibility, or supporting them during contract negotiations. No matter the project, my focus is on creating a tailored experience that meets each customer’s unique needs.
2. What makes you want to stay at our organization?
I’m fortunate to work with great colleagues, have the support of an engaged leadership team, and get constant opportunities to grow my skills. Combine that with a leading software solution, and it’s easy to see why I’m proud to be at Reveel.
3. What do you like about our company culture?
Reveel has a clear purpose, vision, and set of values — and fosters a genuinely healthy work environment. I feel empowered to make an impact, supported in my career growth, and see recognition shared intentionally across the company.
4. Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is collaboration. Whether I am involved in building a new platform feature, an internal project, negotiation, or partnering with a customer on their initiatives, I enjoy working together towards a common goal.
5. What does your daily routine look like?
My morning usually starts with planning my day and reading publications to stay on top of industry news. Once that is complete, I begin working on tasks and preparing for any meetings I have upcoming. Then I will jump right into project work and meetings. Towards the end of the day, I will log what was completed and create a list of follow-ups for the following day.
6. Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company.
I completed a project to enhance the user-facing text for our actionable insights. The project involved expanding our existing text to include suggestions on what each insight means, and what customers can do next. This arms customers with the information they need to take the information provided to them and do something about it.
7. Which company values resonate with you the most?
Partnership and transparency are at the heart of how we work at Reveel. I see it every day — in how we collaborate, give feedback, tackle tough challenges, and celebrate our wins. Those values are what guide me in how I show up and do my best work.
8. Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.
Since joining the organization, I have experienced significant professional growth, particularly in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. I’ve had the privilege of learning from talented peers and receiving invaluable mentorship from a variety of leaders across the company. These relationships have expanded my perspective, sharpened my skills, and helped me approach challenges with greater confidence and creativity.
I have also been given opportunities to take on new and unfamiliar responsibilities that have pushed me outside my comfort zone. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and deliver results in dynamic situations. Overall, my time here has been a catalyst for both personal and professional development, equipping me with tools and insights that will continue to shape my career.
9. What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?
I’m currently working on a project that brings new analytical automation to our platform, delivering valuable network insights to customers in minutes instead of hours or even days. It’s been exciting to reimagine a process that’s been done the same way for years — and make it faster, smarter, and more impactful.
10. What skill do you think everyone should learn?
I think that everyone can embrace being adaptable as a skill. We live in a world that is always changing, so practicing being flexible, resilient, and open-minded in the face of change can be a huge benefit not only in your career but in life.
