1. How would you summarize what you do?

I’m the primary commercial point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey with Reveel, from onboarding support and business reviews to uncovering new opportunities, such as upsells or expansions, all with the goal of driving long-term value and successful renewals.

I lead regular business reviews, whether quarterly, biannually, or annually, depending on the customer, to share what’s new at Reveel, how we’re evolving our solutions, and ways they can improve spend through operational changes. Behind the scenes, I help ensure the right people on both sides are connected, so our customers always feel supported and aligned across the Reveel team.

2. What makes you want to stay at our organization?

What makes me want to stay at Reveel is the sense that the sky’s the limit. I thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments that embrace change, try new things, and stay ahead of the market, and that’s exactly what Reveel is. There’s definitely a startup feeling here, and with a newer platform, it’s exciting to be part of something still growing. I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute to that growth and see where we can go in the next 5 to 10 years. I truly believe there’s longevity here.

Additionally, I genuinely enjoy the work I do, the people I work with, and the amazing customers we have the opportunity to partner with. Each customer brings their own ideas, personalities, and challenges, which keeps the work interesting and rewarding. At the end of the day, people stay where they feel valued, supported, and excited about the impact they can make, and Reveel offers all of that.

3. What do you like about our company culture?

What I love most about Reveel’s culture is how deeply our core values are lived out across the company. Everyone is genuinely collaborative, supportive, and aligned around the same vision for our customers. Leadership encourages us to think creatively, question the norm, and bring new ideas to the table, which makes the environment not only inclusive but also inspiring. You truly feel valued every day, and it’s clear that people care about one another and want each other to succeed.

4. Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is getting to work directly with our customers. Building strong relationships, earning their trust, and becoming a credible partner is something I really value. I enjoy collaborating with them to help improve their supply chain and seeing the real impact we can make together. I also love being part of cross-functional collaboration. Working with so many different teams across Reveel gives me great visibility into what everyone’s working on and helps me stay connected to the bigger picture.

5. How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?

In my previous role, I was part of the supply chain team at a retail company, working closely with vendors, much like our customers work with Reveel. As a result, I was essentially on the other side of the relationship. I focused on network strategy, leading initiatives and projects, and partnering with different brands, which felt a lot like managing internal customers. While the industry side was different, the skills I used, problem solving, communication, and relationship management, translate closely to what I do now. Having been in our customers’ shoes, I’m able to bring a unique perspective to my role at Reveel, which helps me better understand their needs and how we can support them.

6. What things stood out for you about our management team?

What really stood out to me about Reveel’s management team is how down-to-earth and genuinely invested they are, in both the company’s mission and the people they bring on. Early on, someone told me, ‘We didn’t hire you so we could tell you what to do, we hired you to tell us what to do,’ and that honestly stuck with me. It speaks to the trust they place in their employees and the entrepreneurial mindset they foster. They truly empower us to take ownership, bring ideas forward, and make an impact.

7. Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?

My favorite perk is the flexibility of being remote. It gives me a sense of autonomy and supports a real work-life balance. Having the ability to structure my day in a way that helps me stay focused and refreshed, whether that’s stepping out for some fresh air or making time for a healthy lunch, makes a big difference. It also allows me to support my partner’s career while still fully prioritizing my own. That kind of flexibility helps me show up as my best self at work.

8. Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.

Since joining Reveel, I’ve grown a lot by learning to be comfortable being the ‘new person’ again. I came from a place where I had been for five years, held a leadership role, and was deeply involved and relied upon, so stepping into a new environment where I didn’t know everything right away was a big shift. I’ve learned to lean into that discomfort, ask questions, and give myself the space to learn. It’s helped me grow not just in knowledge, but in confidence and adaptability too.

9. Given the opportunity, what would you like to ask our CEO?

If you could go back 10 years, what’s something you never would’ve imagined happening that has happened at Reveel today? Whether it’s a specific milestone, a shift in direction, or even just how the team has evolved, I’d be really interested to hear what’s surprised or inspired you the most along the way.

10. What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?

Be ready to contribute, collaborate, and grow. Reveel is a place where your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your impact, big or small, is recognized. It’s a fast-moving, evolving environment that thrives on communication, teamwork, and curiosity. If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and being part of a supportive team that’s working toward a shared goal, you’ll feel right at home here.

11. What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?

Right now, I’m leading a mini-internal project focused on improving the customer experience within our platform, and I’m really excited about it. The goal is to expand the use of contextual help videos that walk users through key features and workflows. These short, embedded videos will empower users to self-serve, better understand the platform, and reduce the number of repetitive support questions. I love leading and facilitating projects like this, especially ones that involve working with creative, cross-functional teammates and seeing them through from start to finish. It’s been fun to help shape a strategy that not only makes the platform more intuitive and human but also directly impacts our customers in a meaningful way.

12. What skill do you think everyone should learn?

I think strong communication skills are essential for everyone. Whether it’s collaborating with a team, building relationships, or navigating challenges, being able to communicate clearly and effectively makes all the difference.

13. What motivates you?

I’m motivated by a sense of accomplishment and the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally. Being part of a team where I’m included, my voice is heard, and my perspective matters really drives me. I find purpose in knowing I can make an impact, whether it’s something big or something behind the scenes that helps move things forward.
