How would you summarize what you do?
I’m a software solutionist and parcel fanatic whose mission is to help parcel shippers reduce freight costs as well as actively manage their parcel carriers and contracts through Reveel’s disruptive parcel intelligent platform.
What makes you want to stay at our organization?
Reveel’s on the cutting edge of parcel technology coupled with a fabulous culture, great leadership and team of extremely talented, highly innovative people is why stay at Reveel.
What do you like about our company culture?
The founders have created a culture that’s inclusive and everyone generally cares about each other and the success of the company. You’re recognized and incentivized for doing a great job and your voice as well as opinions matter.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
Everyday I’m excited to demo for shippers how Reveel’s Parcel Intelligent Platform can help them. I also like to share content and educate companies on how they can transform their parcel shipping operations through our software application.
What does your daily routine look like?
My days start with a team huddle where we get to learn, share and support each other. I also have time allocated for demos of our application, prospecting, closing deals and I try to share content on social channels to inform, educate and drive brand awareness for Reveel. I wrap up with prepping and planning for the next day’s activities.
How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?
Most employers I’ve worked for do not have the same ideals, culture and philosophy as Reveel. At Reveel, we are empowered, appreciated and encouraged to participate in ways that help improve the company
What things stood out for you about our management team?
Everyone in management has impressed me with their talents, business acumen, innovative mindset and leadership qualities. They make you feel valued, heard and appreciated.
Which company values resonate with you the most?
Teamwork is a value that resonates with me the most. Everyone has this mindset, and it aligns us in how we work together while having a lot of fun.
Who inspires you the most within our organization?
Our founders inspire me because creating a technology that’s disrupting the parcel spend management industry took a lot of innovation and resources to create Reveel’s parcel intelligent platform.
Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?
Working remote has its perks for sure but my favorite perk is having the POD to help me grow and accel at my job (at Reveel, a POD is a dedicated team of Lead Gen, BDR and Sales members working toward a common goal).
What’s unique about working for our organization?
A lot of companies say they have a culture, but we live by a culture that truly matches our core values. I have never experienced a team that works together for the greater good of the organization.
Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us
Coming to Reveel brought me back to my parcel roots I’ve had to wrap my head around how our technology is changing the spend management landscape. The approach to showing shippers how our application will literally change their lives has been a big shift professionally.
What is the most difficult challenge you’ve experienced working for us?
Time…there’s not enough hours in the day. I wake up every morning so excited to share this technology with the world and wish I had more time to evangelize for Reveel!!
