How would you summarize what you do? 

I assist clients and our colleagues with their requests and queries through email, phone calls, and chat. Additionally, I handle various ad hoc tasks as needed to support our team and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. 

What makes you want to stay at our organization? 

What makes me want to stay here is how our leaders prioritize the well-being of the employees. Their commitment to a supportive environment makes me feel valued and engaged, creating a sense of belonging that motivates me to give my best every day. 

What do you like about our company culture? 

What stands out to me about Reveel’s culture is the strong spirit of teamwork and mutual respect. Leadership genuinely values each employee’s contributions, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and connected—a true culture of growth 

Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job? 

The most fulfilling part of my job is knowing that I’ve made a difference, whether by resolving an issue or completing a request, no matter how small. There’s a deep sense of satisfaction in being able to provide support and knowing that my efforts have helped someone. Each ‘thank you’ serves as a reminder that I’m not just completing tasks—I’m creating positive experiences and making someone’s day a little easier 

How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had? 

In my previous job, I often felt like just another employee, unnoticed by leaders. I didn’t think my contributions mattered or that anyone even knew my name. However, at Reveel, I was surprised by how everyone, including the leaders, recognizes and values each team member. It’s amazing to be in a place where I can communicate with everyone, even the leaders – something I never imagined would happen. 

What things stood out for you about our management team? 

What stands out to me about our management team is their genuine care for both customers and employees. They prioritize our well-being and consistently recognize the efforts we put into our work. 

Which company values resonate with you the most? 

Transparency and Partnership resonate with me the most. I appreciate how these values are actively embraced by everyone at Reveel. They reflect a strong commitment to working closely together to provide the best service to our clients, fostering trust and collaboration within the team. 

What have been your most significant achievements working for our company?  

My most significant achievement at the company was receiving a core value award. I always strive to give my best in everything I do, putting my heart and mind into both small and large tasks. I didn’t expect to receive the award, so it was a surprise that made me incredibly happy. 

Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why? 

The flexibility of working from home is my favorite perk. It enables me to stay productive while being close to my family, which is incredibly valuable to me. Additionally, avoiding the daily commute gives me more time and energy to focus on both work and personal life, creating a healthier balance overall. 

Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us. 

I used to be quite shy about sharing my ideas, especially in my previous job.. However, my experience at Reveel has empowered me to become more proactive. I’ve learned to share my insights and suggest improvements to our workflows and processes. This growth has not only increased my confidence but also deepened my engagement with the team and our goals. 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 

In five years, I see myself still working with Reveel, possibly in a different role that allows me to grow further within the organization, as long as Reveel still wants me. I’m eager to expand my understanding of the company from various perspectives, whether through lateral move or upward advancement. My goal is to continue contributing to Reveel’s success while developing my skills and expertise. 

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?  

The best advice I can give to someone who wants to work at Reveel is to embrace a mindset of collaboration and open communication. Be proactive in sharing your ideas and seeking feedback, as this is a culture that values contributions from all team members. Also, take the time to understand the company’s values and goals, as aligning with them will help you thrive and make a meaningful impact. 

What skill do you think everyone should learn? 

I believe everyone should learn to accept both positive and negative feedback. Embracing constructive criticism allows us to learn from our mistakes and improve our services. It’s essential for personal and professional growth 

What motivates you? 

What motivates me is witnessing everyone in the company striving to contribute and give their best to enhance our services. This collective effort inspires me to do my part and aim for excellence in everything I do.
