How would you summarize what you do?

Currently leading a talented team of Business Development professionals at Reveel, where we partner with Marketing and Sales to identify scalable growth opportunities.

What makes you want to stay at our organization?

Reveel sits at the center of innovation in parcel spend management. With our leadership team’s commitment to growth, alignment and customer-focus, I see the long runway here. Both personal growth and collective potential in the industry.

What do you like about our company culture?

Reveel embraces core values with unwavering commitment, and it’s evident. It’s one thing for a company to say they have core values; it’s another level to integrate them into the DNA of the company like Reveel does.

Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?

It’s an honor to develop scalable frameworks that are supported by data, then coach the team on steps to achieving repeatable goal outcomes. The “aha!” moments of the people I coach are priceless.

What does your daily routine look like?

Our brains are great at creating ideas, not storing them. Each day, I commit to reviewing short-term and long-term goals, analyze what worked or didn’t work in the past, and adjust by coaching individuals and the team toward the desired outcome.

Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company?

At times, big changes are the perceived solution for achieving a big outcome. That’s not always true. The most significant projects I’ve handled include a deliberate focus on small, consistent actions that result in a large impact in achieving pipeline development.

How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?

This role includes more strategic foresight and alignment across sales and marketing to create a world where every business can leverage the power of shipping intelligence.

What things stood out for you about our management team?

The management team continuously embraces alignment by adopting a framework to create a bias for action, resulting in predictable outcomes.

Which company values resonate with you the most?

Learning. This value unlocks a focus on all values. Learning Transparency. Learning Partnership. Learning Responsiveness. Learning Empathy. Learning Perseverance. To say I’m a master of any of these values isn’t prudent, yet a willingness to learn will guide me

What have been your most significant achievements working for our company?

Having the opportunity to partner with so many incredible leaders to determine

Who inspires you the most within our organization?

It would be naive and inaccurate for me to say there is one person who inspires me the most within the organization.

Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?

Flexibility with time. Everyone is treated like adults. Life happens. Things come up. This is one example of “Empathy” being adopted in real time.

What’s unique about working for our organization?

Real, tangible feedback on perception of strengths and opportunities for growth.

Given the opportunity, what would you like to ask our CEO?

We’re fortunate enough that our CEO is a slack message away. For the sake of the question, however, I’d want to know what keeps him up at night related to growth trajectory and strategize what steps could be taken to find resolve.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Depending on the needs of the business in 5 years, my vision is to further unify our GTM teams

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?

Come hungry and be ready to work.

What’s the most exciting thing you are working on right now?

2026 Planning. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been evaluating what worked this year and how that influences our decisions for what we want to accomplish next year.

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

The habit of continuous self-teaching.

What motivates you?

As I write, this is the only Thursday, October 22, 2025, that I’m ever going to get. Therefore, my motivation is simple: Did I have a positive impact on the people I interacted with today?
