How would you summarize what you do?
As Director of Customer Support, I work with passionate individuals whose ultimate goal is to delight our clients.
What makes you want to stay at our organization?
The culture Reveel has created has transformed this company from being a place I work in to my second home. The people I work with make all the difference. I am surrounded by amazing people doing amazing things.
What do you like about our company culture?
We are a company focused on growth. Being able to work in a space where learning, improvement and teamwork are of utmost importance aligns well with my personality. There are no wrong questions, no suggestion or ideas left unheard and we value the opinion of each member of the organization. There are no small jobs at Reveel, everyone makes a difference.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is bringing people together to reach a common goal. Collaboration is key when it comes to our department. We make sure we support not only our clients outside the organization but also our teammates and colleagues. I love being able to work with other departments and always innovating to create something better for everyone.
Tell us the most significant project you’ve handled and how it has impacted our company?
The most significant project I’ve handled is managing the Client Support and Data Entry teams. We make sure our clients get their questions answered and they feel well taken care of.
How does your current job compare with the previous jobs you’ve had?
Working with Reveel has been so energizing, there are so many opportunities to grow and chances to show your passion. Here at Reveel, I feel like I have the ability to create and inspire change because the management team trusts and supports my initiatives. Not all companies are like this.
What things stood out for you about our management team?
Since day 1, I really felt part of the team. They make sure you know how important your job is to the whole and when they say open door – it really is an open door, everyone’s very approachable! You get heard every time you have an idea, and they are always up for hearing more. You know that you are valued, and I appreciate that.
Which company values resonate with you the most?
Learning and Collaboration. I am a fan of learning and development. As an individual and a company, we must always strive to learn new things. The goal is to evolve into something better and the best way to learn is by collaborating with people who share the same goals as you.
Who inspires you the most within our organization?
I’ve been working with Nick Nowaczyk (COO) for the past 6 years and he inspires me to be better every day. He has a knack for saying the right things at the right time and loves giving me new problems to solve, keeping me on my toes. I look forward to brainstorming and coaching sessions with Nick, I feel very lucky to be mentored by him. I learn a lot from him.
Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?
Team buildings and meetups. I love seeing our teammates. Being able to spend time and converse in person is truly magical for me! Being a remote organization, these events bring the team closer and create better relationships. Nothing beats in-person meetups!
Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.
Great question! I started as a Lead Generation Specialist before moving on to Accounts Receivable and eventually being part of Customer Support. So, you can say I’ve been around for quite a while. This gave me a chance to really get to know the company, processes and the people at Reveel. I have learned so much and I am very grateful for having been able to work with so many people on so many different things. Over time, I have developed to see things from other’s viewpoints, and this helped me collaborate with others better.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?
The best way to learn is to ask. You have a treasure trove of resources at Reveel and everyone’s eager to help. Reveel is a company where you will be seen, you will be heard, and you will be valued.
What skill do you think everyone should learn?
AI and data. There’s so much we can do with the information we have and learning and understanding how to use that information will be very beneficial to any business. This is why what we have created and what we are doing for our clients is very relevant. We are making it very easy for our clients to get the information they need on a platform that is easy to use in their day-to-day management and operations.
What motivates you?
I get excited when I work with people. Being able to motivate others, help them in their journey and coach them to success is what motivates me. I also get fired up when there are new challenges to solve and there are opportunities to make things better.
