How would you summarize what you do?
I pair industry-leading systems with a decade of parcel industry knowledge to help shippers uncover insights, drive efficiency, and save money.
What makes you want to stay at our organization?

What do you like about our company culture?
I love the big company results with the small company feel. Reveel has become an industry leader while maintaining a family company feel. As a customer, you get the results you expect with the service you deserve. As an employee, you get top-quality tools to do your job while being part of a tight-knit family.
Can you tell us a few details about the favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is automation. When you ship thousands or millions of shipments per year, running even the simplest analytics can be a challenge. I love leveraging Reveel’s platform to automate complex analyses that provide customers with critical information on demand.
What does your daily routine look like?
A typical day starts by perusing the internet for any industry news or carrier updates. It’s always critical to know what’s going on. From there, my day primarily consists of client project work. This can take many forms, including dashboard creation, cost modeling, or scenario analysis. Lastly, I typically have a number of long-term projects I work on to help Reveel bring new functionality and product enhancements to market.
Which work benefit or perk is your favorite and why?
I love working remotely. It allows me to be the most productive associate I can be and demonstrates Reveel’s commitment to work-life balance. Secondly, it illustrates Reveel’s dedication to hiring the best people. The best employees don’t all live in one specific city, but rather across the entire country.
What’s unique about working for our organization?
Access to leadership. Everyone at Reveel is accessible, responsive, and friendly regardless of title or position. Not only is it common to find yourself in a meeting with executives, but they also openly solicit your input and expertise.
Describe how you’ve grown professionally since you started working for us.
Reveel has allowed me to explore different disciplines within the parcel shipping industry. It’s easy to become singularly focused on one area of expertise. Leadership has presented me with new challenges and opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration. This has allowed me to learn new skills and become a more well-rounded parcel shipping professional.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who wants to work for us?

What skill do you think everyone should learn?
Constant Re-Prioritization. Learn to consistently hit refresh on your priority list during the day. What was most important at 9 am might not be most important at 2 pm. Ensuring you are always working on the top priority leads to satisfied customers and a better work-life balance.
What motivates you?
Mentorship. I love sharing the skills I have learned with others. When we help others develop, we all benefit! I love teaching a colleague something new and seeing them put it into practice and succeed.
